Mostly stock removal from 3/32 inch 52100 steel
Heat treated and tempered in my digitally controlled furnace to Rc 58-60
Flat grind with forged texture
Walnut handle
Overall length: 7 inches
Blade: 3 inches
leather scabbard with belt loop

Just received the "hunter" I bought from Mr. Drew. Pirate63, you wont be disappointed.
 
In just 37 minutes another jewel from Gerry is jumped on! :) Pirate63, you will be amazed when you see this in person and handle it, and even more so when you put it to use. I speak from experience as a hunter with a decent collection of such jewels from Gerry that in many respects you now own the perfect small hunter. I am imagining this paired with a bolt-action rifle stocked in nicely configured walnut. What a picture that would make! Well done, Pirate63! :thumbup:

I like the way you think Sir. I also hunt with traditional bows (recurve and longbows) and this little beauty will be a nice compliment in the field.
