This has Sold. thanks.

And speaking of dyed bone....here's what I did with one of my extra small Model 9's. It ended up looking like some kind of fossilized bone or stone. Little bit of file work made it grip real good, too. The steel is 440-c that I heat-treat myself. Rockwell 57-59. I'm asking $125 and I'll pay the shipping in the US. It comes with a custom-fit all leather sheath with a loopback.

Here's the specs:
Model: IX
Handles: Dyed Bone
Steel: 1/8" 440-C Stainless
Blade length: 3"
Overall length: 6 9/16"
Weight: 3.3 oz.
Leather Sheath included.

accept pp,cc, mo, checks that clear

Hey Eddie,

Thought I'd show you the sheath I made up for this little knife. I think it'll made a fine Christmas present.

Looking forward to receiving the ivory micarta Model IX that's on it's way. Will make up a nice elephant inlay sheath for that one.

Thanks Man!

Hey Slim! That is a gorgeous sheath. I know I'll never be able to make one that purty! Your ivory micarta is on the way; you know I must see the sheath you make for that too. Always a pleasure.

Thanks Bulbboy.

Hey Eddie, I got the Model IX yesterday and am expecting a shipment of leather from Wickett and Craig any day. I'll let you know when I finish up the sheath for this one too.

Slim! Hey man, cant wait to see what you come up with next for a sheath. i still cant figure out all how you made the one above, but understand yu wanted to protect the whole knife knowing it would be carried around in a glove box and such. it's just so nice; you ought to do it for profit. lots of us knife makers are looking for good leather work. many thumbs up!

Hey there!

Now I know what handle I want for my next shadowknives-knife!!!

I have a blue dyed bone handle on order from eddie at the moment. I can't wait!!!! I know with dyed bone they all look different so I'm excited to see how this will come out with blue in it.

Thanks for the encouragement guys. I'm still learning but making progress with every sheath. But I can't imagine doing this for profit without a sewing machine. Maybe one day I'll get serious. lol
