Small hunting knife?

The Elmax Steak Knives get my vote as well. They are incredibly resilient for being such a thin blade.

Were they a limited run or are they still available?

The steak knives have been released in ganzas each with its own handle color so far...

Pumpkin, black &tan, bruises, and solid black have all been released in 4" and 3.5" versions.

Hopefully the rest of the colors will be released in the future.

I just bought the Busse steak knife for this exact purpose and I don't regret the decision! Awesome little blade with great corrosion resistance and it cuts like a light saber.
