Small knife recommendation - ZT0450/0808/Silent Soldier/Lionsteel TRE?

Hi guys,

What would be the better knife out of the ZT0450 ($230), ZT0808 ($300), Brous Silent soldier G10 ($310)and the Lionsteel TRE G10 ($280)? Or are there others that are better for the money? Budget would be around 220USD ($300AUD)

I will mainly be using it for everyday tasks like opening boxes, cutting cardboard/tape, etc. I have a ZT0562 and a few PM2's already so I'm looking for something sleeker/smaller and more gentleman knifey. I have small/medium size hands.

I am leaning towards the 0450 due to the nice Ti look and smooth flipper action, but would love to hear your opinions.

I think you're right on target with the 0450. I've had all those knives, and that 0450 was my favorite. I ended up cashing that one in for the larger 0452, but I have really large hands. For a normal person, I think the 0450 is spot on.

My personal choice would be the 0450. It's a smooth operating, nice and slim profile knife. I've just went and got the new CF version because I liked the original so much.
I chose it because I was in the same boat as you for my needs. It fit my needs the best especially with the size.

Al Mar mini sere or monad. Dpx gear Hest/F 2.0. Fallkniven makes nice folders as well.
 
I know it's been said already in this thread, but the 0450 is an awesome knife, and so is the 0808 (I don't have any experience with the other knives, though I really like the Silent Solider). As someone with small/medium sized hands the thing I've noticed with the 0808 is the way the handles are shaped it feels somewhat bulky to me, while the 0450 feels perfect in my hand. Also, if you are looking for a gentlemen's folder the 0450 fits that bill more than the 0808.
 
450 is only $160 and I love it. Got a deep carry clip for it. The cf version is $20 more but its a tad lighter so that may be the way to go for EDC. Ill probably end up with both.
