Where do you get those little plastic knife stands you often see people using for pictures?

At the knife stand store, where else!

Just ask a local dealer you do business with.
They might give you one or let you buy one. Very inexpensive.

You can try the net too. Look for places that sell jewelry (like cheap jewelry and accessoreis), flea market type places and such.

They had a great selection...decent prices as well.
