How much use has this knife gotten? Can you please elaborate a little more on its condition, cosmetically and functionally?

The knife has not had much use. The previous owner carried it in his pocket with coins or something. That is why there are marks on the slabs. I carried it in a slip sheath. I have never had to sharpen it. No scratches on the blade.
