There is the 35 liter Swedish army backpack with frame for next to nothing.
There are variants on that theme with hunting backpacks. I have only seen them in Sweden though. A backpack with frame that folds into a small stool for fishing, having coffe looking at animals etc. Haglofs and other swedish companies have them
