Quick question. Is it better to replace both washers at the same time? I messed one up changing my standoffs. Thanks.

I can't see any reason to just replace the one, I would replace both at the same time. It isn't like they are prohibitively expensive.

I have yet to see someone wear out one of the Teflon washers, replace them when they get damaged, no need to replace in pairs.
