Small, pocketable fixed blades for the woods

Have to vote for the izulla 2 here also. I carry it every day and love it. I also have one of the smaller BHK but I forget the name now that I really like a lot also.

Not routinely, but I've got a Doug Mondt GMC, a 2.5" fixed blade in CPM-10V that is great for small jobs. I don't really understand using "big knife" steels in small blades, and usually lean toward modern, wear-resistant stainless steels, but the 10V performs beyond all my expectations. It hasn't even stained after being neglected, and has proven surprisingly tough. The edgeholding is hard to describe without sounding like it's being exaggerated.
I'm sure a bigger handle would give more leverage and comfort, but I have no complaints even after extensive use. I'll try to find a pic when I get home. Would love an Izula 2 with thinner scales or another Scott Cook small Owyhee with a flat grind in this bladesteel. The Mondt is the only custom I've kept, though I miss my DDR CF ArcLite and Rinaldi Gambit. The ArcLite was more suited to EDC than the woods, but both of those were wonderful knives as-is.
Love small fixed blades, and used to be really into them, but honestly find a Spyderco Delica does most everything I want, and is a lot more convenient to carry.

I like to carry a Bark River Kephart Companion in a KSF Pocket Sheath in my back pocket.

I'll see if I can dig up some pics.

With a 3" blade you will not be battoning
So
I hate to be trerribly mundane but
A Mora #2/0 with a 3" blade, it is very small and light in the pocket

Sandpaper down the handle with rough paper till the knife sits deeper in the sheath
Then put some beeswax on the handle
It becomes quite a grippy handle

Or
The Brusletto Hallingskarvet with a 2 3/4" blade and a larger handle with a scandi/hollow grind in Sanvik 212c27
Very small package for the pocket
A delightful knife

I have a few

More often than not , I'll have an ESEE Izula worn as a neck knife, or stuffed into a pocket. I also like other small fixed blades, and will usually have something like this little beauty by Lance Ockenden along with me. The blade is just two and an 1/8 long.

Izula, Fletcher Knives Esteban, JK EWOK, Wohlwend Pocket Scandi. Love pocket fixed blades.

Some really great little blades you guys have  I see a lot of Izula 2's which I still need to check out. The handle on the 1 was just too small for me.

It was too short for me, as well, but the 2 is perfect.

Same here and yes.... another vote for the Izula II. Started rotating it with a BK14 too. Carry it in my pouch-sheath and not in my pocket though... sometimes forget that it's there.

I like the standard Izula better for neck carry, especially since I have a custom sheath for it, but I like the Izula 2 better for pocket or belt carry. The bigger handle is definitely better in use. I picked one up at Blade and then gave it to a good friend. She really loves it and I think I'll pick up another this year.

Carry an Izula II every day. I've done many overnight camping trips with the Izula II and a 19" Wetterlings and never found myself lacking.

I usually carry a three-inch .140 satin Busse Game Warden or the slightly larger SAR-3 in my front right pocket - in the woods, around the garden, even around town. My avatar shows the .20 Leprachaun Warden I wear in my flight suit's right ankle pocket when flying missions. Very handy.
