Small question about Estonia knife law

So the problem is that i am about to buy benchmade balisong and what worryes me is that i know balisongs are legal in Estonia but lots of people say that if the blade is more than 8,5 cm longer it is illegal.Is it true?

call up your DA and ask them. they will tell you what the law says. I did it to see if I could sell switchblades to other states. they help me out alot.
