Hi!
Some weeks ago i had the chance to get a rare small regular Sebenza with Box&Papers.
Condition was not mint, it has has a lot of marks and scratches on the frame, the blade itself
was like new, same with the bladeaction and seating.
Like Tom Mayo already has pimped a lot of Sebenzas and gave him his special treatment, the famous
Mayo-Holes...
I was trying to get a Mayo Custom for almost 18Months now...pretty rare, pretty expensive.
So i hade the idea, to pimp my Sebenza in the Mayo-Style to help myself and to menage the fact
that its hard to get a Mayo-Custom.
So disassembling the knife, send it to a friend, Stefan Steigerwald, who builds
the most craziest knives i have ever seen, btw., he drills the holes somewhat of
perfect.
After that it came back and i tumbled it in several runs with different grinding materials.
It comes out with a very very smooth stonewash-finish and wonderful haptics.
Bladeaction is perfect, centered Blade and strong Lockup, no Bladeplay. Comes with
Box, Zertificat and Papers, also Hex-Wrench.
Just want to sell it, as its a little to small for my hands, i need a large Sebenza.
sold
Not easy to picture the marks on the handle...
The holes a drilled perfectly
tumbling in different runs, gave if a unique finish
