Small SAK carry preferences

I carry my 58mm Vic's in the large center pocket of my yellow birch outfitters pocket pico, with a little lanyard fob so I can retrieve it.
Normally I'd recommend checking out a YBO pocket pico organizer, but sadly they were driven out of business by Chinese knockoffs from Scamazon and all those sites like Wish.com...etc.

Before I was carrying a small AAA light with a pocket clip I was carrying my 58mm Vic's in my pocket via a suspension clip, and as a teenager I just carried them in my watch pocket.

If I’m wearing jeans (half the year), I carry my Rambler in the coin pocket with a paracord lanyard with a double knot. I tuck the knot under my belt. It gives a little added security.

If wearing shorts, I carry as a neck knife. The Alox Classic works great in this role.

I carry my 74mm Ambassador or Executive loose in a pants pocket along with a lip balm, small wallet and a Bechmade clipped to the pocket as well. Other pocket is for my firearm. Keys (I only carry house and car) get dropped in a back pocket or jacket if I'm wearing one. Never lost one of my 74mm SAKs. Carried the Classic for years but other than the toothpick and roach clip, that size is useless to me. Mostly wear 501s or 505s. Little need to dress more formally anymore. The only thing I've ever used the coin pocket for was a lighter. Don't smoke and don't carry a lighter in that pocket anymore but I went through a phase.
Here's my setup for my Minichamp and small flashlight (and Buck 501). The key holder is a Bianchi Belt Keeper, which provides a place to clip my keys when I'm away from home. The loop is made from Atwood 275 mini paracord, tied with a double fisherman's knot, and lets the knife and flashlight dangle securely in my pocket. I've used this loop + knot idea for a few other applications and it works a treat! (No, I'm not British -- unless you go back 350 years -- but I love the expression "works a treat.")

While I don't carry a 501 anymore (I went over to pocket clip Benchmades), the 501 may be my favorite pocket knife of all time from when I first learned about the model around 1980. I've got a few of them as well as their larger brothers.
