Small Seb 21 or Large Seb 21

Just curious which is more popular among members here... small seb 21 or large seb 21... I like both but find the small seb 21 easier to carry for obvious reasons
 
My vote is for the large Sebenza...mostly due to having large hands coupled with a little bit of old age, carpal tunnel, the larger variants are just easier for me to grasp and use.
 
I own both sizes but I honestly haven't decided on my favorite. It's true the small is easier to carry but the large just feels right in my hand. If I absolutely had to choose only one I'd pick the large (but I wouldn't be happy about having to choose :))
 
I own plain jane versions of both. Work in an office so I carry the small during the week, and the large on weekends/vacation etc.

ETA If forced to pick one it would be the large.

I prefer the large over the small. I do carry a small occasionally, but mostly a large.
 
I personally prefer the small, I have yet to find a task that it can't handle that the large could.

Why don't you create a poll and set some good data? :)
 
Until recently, I never liked the Small 21. On the other hand, the Large Insingo Micarta was my grail! Like someone said above, it just feels *right* in the hand. Finally getting one was a weird emotional experience. (Yeah, bizarre, I know!). But, for whatever reason (perhaps largely FOR thar reason) it mostly stays in the safe.

I picked up a Small 21 Micarta Tanto recently, primarily on impulse. I've always thought the Reeve Tanto looked pretty awesome and wanted to give it a try.

Well, I have not been able to put the Small 21 down since I got it! It has become my #1 EDC and possibly my favorite knife.

I think it is the perfect size for my "carry lots/use little" form of EDC. (I have a PM2 or SOG for when those roles are reversed.) It also satisfies my embarrassing need for "pocket jewelry."

Because I get the most joy out of it, I think I like the Small 21 best. But I never would have reached that conclusion without first being lucky enough to try the Umnumzaan, Large 21, and Small Inkosi (none of which are going anywhere soon, BTW). [emoji6]

Remember, I never used to like the Small 21.[emoji16]

Edit to add: With additional thought, if I were to loose both, the Large would sting more (grail knife) but the Small is the one I'd most likely replace.

I think the small will do 100% of any EDC chores you might have, and carries as if it's invisible, but the Large just feels so "right", it is a joy to have on your person even if it's more blade than you need. I guess I vote "both"
 
I don't have a large, only a small. And I think the small is perfect in size, of course a large would most likely fill out my hand better so there is that.

I vote small 21.
 
I recently handled both before deciding on my first CRK. I chose the large. Now wish I would of went with the small. :)

Obviously I'm a both. :)

I agree with KidCongo!

Small will do everything but the large just fits amazingly!
 
When I first bought my 1st CRK, there wasn't any small sebbies I could try out. So I started out with Umnumzaan, then the large 21. They fit my hands nicely and with the crk leather pouch, its soo comfortable riding in my pants pocket. IMO the difference in price between the two makes the large as more value.
