Also, the knife came back from CRK perfectly centered, but when I opened it up to take off the lanyard (hate those things), I didn't take the time and effort to make sure it was centered, so it is slightly off (for those who really care about those things).

In the last picture it appears as though the washer is pinched pretty badly, hence the off-centering. Can you confirm if the washer is pinched? Also, when the hardware is tightened fully, is the knife difficult to open?
