This is a new small seb 21 insingo. I purchased it from another member on here maybe a month ago and decided I really don't need another fondler sitting around. The lanyard was cut and melted so the pin wouldn't rattle. It also didn't come with the hex key. Both can be acquired from Chris Reeve I believe. It comes in the original box and has the items shown in the picture plus a cloth. I do no put it in the box as I didn't want to tear it.
