I have for sale a Small Sebenza 21 with a Tanto blade and double silver thumb studs. Has silver back spacer, lanyard pin and lanyard bead. Lanyard is ACU Digital pattern. I have box, paperwork, cloth, grease, locktite and Allen wrench. The knife is perfectly centered and is rock solid. The knife is super sharp and has a perfect blade with no scratches. The only snail trail on the knife is on the pocket clip side near the pivot (see pictures).

I am asking for $310.00 NET to me. I cover shipping cost. Paypal Friends and family only please, using the funds right away for a grail knife of mine.

NO TRADES PLEASE.

I will provide you with a tracking number and will answer any questions you have.

Thanks for looking!

Yes, I am using the funds right away for another knife. I'm not sure why but new paypal members have to wait 21 days until the money is available to you if you use the "Goods" method. If you use the Friends and family option the funds are available to you instantly. So I prefer to use the F&F option

I thought that new accounts were able to receive the funds once delivery was confirmed?

That is not correct. It is available instant the moment you receive payment regardless of friends or family or goods or services. Refunds usually takes 5 business days to clear.

That's correct. I don't buy anything "friends and family" because you lose any recourse and protection of your purchase. Might as well mail the guy 3 Benjamins and hope for the best.

I'm not a pro with PayPal but after you register and verify your account the funds are available to you as quickly using "goods and services" as "friends and family" ... and with that being said ... it is a huge no no to use friends and family unless you truly know and trust the seller completely, because it leaves the buyer no recourse if there are any issues with the sale, and it comes of sounding shadey to read that. I'm in no way accusing you of trying to scam anyone just trying to let you see why many potential buyers may not even consider the knife you have listed. That being said best of luck selling your knife.

I am a new member to PayPal and no the money is not instant while using Goods. Here is a screen shot of paypals website. Hate to be that guy but here ya go.

As you can see even if you provide a tracking number you still have to wait 7 to 14 days. If you dont do it than it can be up to 21 days. So yes using F&F option is instant. Selling via goods and services takes a minimum of a week. The last knife I sold it had to wait 14 days even though I entered the tracking number and the guy received it. Totally forgot about it until it notified me it was available.

Apologies, I wasn't trying to hijack your thread, nor turn it into a PayPal discussion. I was interested in the knife, but I don't use the friends and family method for anything but friends and family. I understand your need for expediance, but I can't make you a purchase offer with those conditions. Once again, my apologies.

Just a friendly reminder too, goods and services also include seller protection, buyers aren't the only ones who can get scammed from a friends and family transaction.

I totally agree, scamming goes both ways. The reason I wanted to use F&F was for the instant payment instead of having to wait. Thank God I decided to keep the knife cause this "For Sale" thread has gone downhill rather quickly.
