Hello, This is my first time selling on BF and have sold only a few knives in the past...I am not sure about the pivot, it looking more closely it seems there is a pivot screw missing. I am not sure how hard this screw is to get. Perhaps sending it to CR they would put one on when the sharpen it.

Regarding the graphic, I can 100% confirm that this graphic was on more than the Demascus blades, bc I bought online from a reputable retailer. I usually buy from KNifeart or Knifecenter. I don't recall which I bought this from bc it was several years ago. An quick call to Chris Reeve customer service and you can confirm that.
 
I've never seen this graphic without the Damascus blade either....
