Custom knife - small utility- display. Blade is 1084 edge hardened, triple tempered. (So if it were put to use it will hold up well). Handle is Alaska spaulted birch scales. Guard is what identifies and makes this knife stand out The guard is fossil wolf fang. The sort of fragile guard is why this is best to be mostly a display is the guard cannot be handled roughly, but can be used as a skinner type, fleshing or utility. Acid etched bird theme. One side the bird is tranquil on a branch - other side the bird is startled and flies up. $220

Interesting, maybe you could post a pic of the whole knife? Can't really tell what it looks like from this, but the details are unique...

Hey Geargeek
Maybe pictures uploaded wrong- should be pictures showing whole knife, had some upload problems. Off and on pictures I post here get replaced with other pictues on my web site. As if either my wewb sie or this site is unstable? Anyhow who know computers etc might give me so input on that. Others having the same issues? Yes kid of an interestign concept exporing guard ideas since that seems an unexplored part of knives. Wanted 'something wolf' as part of the knife.
