Small stainless fixed edc blade wanted--details below

I looking for a small edc fixed blade in the range of 7 inches OAL with a 3-4 inch blade. I don't have an enormous wallet, but depending on the knife I would be willing to pay with the range of $100-180

I'd like the knife to be very clean with the following details:

Satin blade in CPM 154, RWL-34, elmax, and other decent stainless steels
Sandblasted micarta handle, or smooth carbon fiber

This is generally what I want, so PM me with what you can do at what cost.
