There’s a couple thick cut ones on the exchange right now. There are thick and thin versions. Anything around $250 is fair I think. I agree the ones on eBay are way too high priced.

The ASH handle was pretty comfortable, the blade was a little too wide for some things though. I’m still having a hard time parting with it....I’ve been thinking of just selling my rodent 3 instead.

Difficult to wear the hat of a true Busseman without at least one RMD. Short for Rat Man Du if that not stated previously. Plenty pop up for sale here, Bay, and Arizona Custom Knives. Beyond that I like the BATAC; SJTAC, and ASH1. Good luck in your choice. You find that aplenty in the Busse family.

Does the High Street have a distal taper? I have a CS Nuclear EDC, which looks about the same, and the point is pretty thick.
One of these days I'll pick up a Leaner Meaner.

What would a fair selling price be for a stripped rodent 3? It has Black and Tan g10 scales, hex bolts and a kydex sheath. The edge is convexed and the blade is polished. Lightly used. I’ll take pictures tomorrow.

I had a hard enough time hiding an ASH from my CSM on deployment.....as much as I’d love to carry it, I don’t think I’d get away with it.

Wow this is a tough one:

1. Infidu (defense/survival/all purpose)
2. SOB (survival/all purpose)
3. WTH BG/L.E (survival/all purpose)
4. Street Scrapper 4 (defense/survival/all purpose)
5. Elmax Gentleman’s Knife (defense/survival)

For me, I’d go Infidu for everything, Elmax Gentleman’s Knife for defense, and WTH/SOB for survival.
