Small Tramontina folder

The other day I found that someone left a small, weird looking pocket knife in one of our rental trucks...Tramontina / Brazil is on the blade...no point on the blade at all, it's like a mini- machete about 3" long...The handles are a dull yellow and black, and look a bit fake. It looks old but still sharp as hell and no play where it hinges...anyone ever see this thing before? If the owner doesn't call asking for it, I might have to confiscate it

This kind of folder was like the traditional folder of Brasil. Very commom
among farmers or what would be brazilian "rednecks".

Even today it´s not rare to see some old man carrying one of those in a belt sheath, specially in small cities.

Except mine has a point > and the hinge is loose.
The blade steel seems to be pretty good! (I plan to make a carver/whittler from the blade.)
I only paid 2¢ plus shipping for it, so I didn't expect (and didn't get) much.

It's not the destination that is most important, ... but more so the journey!
I believe it added to my 'journey'
