This would make a great EDC, Utility, or Paring Knife.
Ground very thin and heat treated to 64-65 Rc it will cut effortlessly for a very long time.

This is exactly what I've been looking for! A paring knife that does double duty as a utility blade.

Just curious, how does the corrosion resistance compare to s90v or aebl? I'd be able to rinse, but not wash it after slicing fruits and would hate to negate the superior edge holding by way of corrosion. Thanks!

To be honest, corrosion resistance is not high at all with 10V. If you rise and wipe dry after using you will only notice a slight patina to start to develop over time.
If you were to leave it wet or the acids on it for several hours that's you would start to have corrosion issues.
