These simple, and once-popular little knives were made in 1930's Czechoslovakia by Edward Krause, and in the USA were included as 'prizes' in boxes of Cracker Jack. They come in a variety of forms. These two were gifted to me, a decade or so ago, by Duncan Campbellclanman , and I have a third one somewhere too. The most common feature is an ear-spoon.
