Only Itrader feedback requires a sale to be completed. This forum allows for some discussion, though you are suppose to explain the situation as fully as possible and keep to the facts when starting a thread. Complaining about not getting an item usually doesn't go well, but we will see how this plays out.
Personally, if I am not getting a response to my attempts to buy something, I gladly move along. I don't think it is reasonable to expect the rest of the transaction to go any better.
