Here I sit sniffing my MH's sheath dreaming of old friends, lost commarads and getting shitfaced with guys who you trusted you're life to.

Dang, I must really be getting old & broken down when a SOE sheath smells like a musty GP medium and brings back long forgotten memories.

How I long for a real (not imported) ice cold San Miguel while sitting in the Fire Empire:barf: :barf:

The cheapest Heinekens I have ever had were in the EClub at Subic Bay... Ten Cents each!!!!!!!! :)
 
Don't feel bad. A GP medium is the first thing I thought of when I smelled the BT I got from Vinnie Palucci. I stuck it to my nose & sniffed big. Had to laugh at myself.
 
I'm glad I'm not the only one who smells his knife. Still I'm keeping quiet until I find out if it's normal.
 
Hey, my grandfather used to ship in cases of San Miguel into California whenever he ran out. And as a wedding present, my Dad gave me a case stamped with bows. We finished them that night, so it was an "uneventful" wedding night ;)
