Smelly Carbon Blades

I like the way carbon ages and looks but have to admit I DETEST the taste of it on fruit...but that's why decent STAINLESS got invented! Whoever heard of silver holding an edge.......

Lol, no worries, she's the one who used to take me camping and let me eat dirt. Well, she didn't exactly let me, but she didn't go out of her way to prevent it.
 
well, I have been using my carbon slippie a lot lately to cut fruit, steak, etc. I have pretty gotten used to it and it doesn't bother me anymore. Funny how that works.

I was initially thinking it was the flitz or tuff glide I use on my blades. Nope, it's just the good ole carbon steel.
