Smith & Wesson Extreme Ops auto?

Anyone have any opinions on this knife? I have never seen one in person and was wondering how the quality rated. I see it is a fair quality steel but how is the construction? I was wondering why they are much less thann the benchmades.

What about the S&W California Issue? I have heard good thing about them but never held one.

You may want to just stay away from S&W knives all together. They are all of questionable quality.
