The MP9B by Smith & Wesson is designed for Military and Police use and is an assisted opening heavy duty tactical folding knife. It's design features are reminiscent of the M&P handgun line and this knife is very substantial in hand--like it should be for hard use. It is 5" closed with a 3.6" long clip point blade which springs open with a flick of its ambidextrous thumb studs.
The handle features a blade safety switch to prevent accidental deployment and it also has a glass breaking pommel end and lanyard hole.
