Smithy almost done

Lookin' good there IG! Was there anything there before that or was it just open space? -Matt-

I had a metal framed with a canopy over it. It was a pain in the butt. Kept burning holes in the traps and had to take the tarps down in the winter.:)

Looks nice, IG! Lotta hard work. Need a foto later on after the green thang is going on with the garden.
Yep!!! I grow peas on the green thing and the tires will be my potato patch. One of the tires is a old Becks' that was on my Indian when I got it and it was old then and hard as a rock.:D

I have three blower forges and one coal forge. The coal forge doesn't get used so I am building a venturi one to take it's place.;) Still haven't got the body done for it. This is mainly for the HI's I have here so I can have four work station.

Thats great IG ! I know the smithy is primarily for your work but ...........I think it's awesome you would take the time & effort to get set-up specifically for the HI's you host. That tells me quite a bit about you ;)

Nice job on the smithy btw, winters will never be the same for you from here on out.

Dave: I forgot to add that I am know as MR. Nice Guy with a Heart of GOLD. Or is COLD??????
HEHEHEHE!!!!

Will put up tarps on the sides when the temp goes below 40 degrees.:D

And when they catch on fire, they will keep you warm, right?:D Nice smithy, George, but when you said you lived in New Bedford, I had no idea that you lived IN New Bedford. Your back yard looks tighter than mine. Your neighbors must either all be single commercial fishermen that are out for a month at at shot or drunks who pass out and cannot be awakened by anything short of an earthquake during the day :D

i heard he bribes them with fresh veggies from his garden. if you see a brown stain on his nose, just remember its not from one person but from all his neighbors. HEHEHEHE!!!!

I have the biggest yard on my block. .23 of a acre. I have 8 lot that border my property.:D

Looking very good, IG. Makes me miss Mass., especially since winter is now over.

John
