SMKW and e-mails- part 2

This is my second post about the subject. The biggest number of my orders was from SMKW and I've never had a problem, but with e-mails it's rather contrary. I don't know what is a reson , but they simple don't answer e-mails. In last 3 weeks I've been sending number e-mails - no one reply.:mad: :mad: :mad:
 
Try the phone next time. I had what I thought was a problem with my online order, called them and everything was cleared up in short order.
 
I know they have a lot of trouble with their software at times, if I was you I would call 1-800-327-5871, ask for John, or nikolas in cust/srv they're both good guys, and knifenuts too!!! both are very helpful and forthright!!!
