How does a company confirm an online purchase with 2nd day shipping, charge the card, cancel the order, not inform me of the cancellation and is yet to refund my purchase?
They can't manage to fill my order or contact me but they sure can find a way to take my money.
The only reason I even do business is with them is because they sell Rough Rider kits. Well I will no longer give them my business.

CC refunds can take 3 to 7 business days to appear from the day the charge was reversed. If its not over two weeks (accounting for all non business days including last long weekend), I'd suggest giving it a few more days.

As far not letting you know, I think they should have.
