SMKW - What kind of customer service this ?

I have been sending 4 e-mails sinse 25/11/01 to SMKW customer
service and no answer yet. What kind of customer service this ???
Had you also same problem?
 
I've never dealt with them. Have you tried to contact them via land-line (phone) ?

I didn't. I can not speak English well enough because I have not practice. I can read and write much better, so this way is preferable for me.
 
I've dealt with Smokey Mt. many times over the yrs. and never had a problem with them. Did they assign you a customer # ? and are you using it with your contact with them? Keep trying, I'm sure they will do you right.
 
I found them to be slow with emails as well...I think it took 2 weeks before I got a response.

I also have done my share with Smoky Mountain. Their whole computer thing is questionable. I wouldnt trust the e-mail method. How about instant messaging with a friend who can translate for you to them.:)

in order to find out what happened.

It looks to much time from 25/11, but i'll try to send additional
dozen e-mails.;)

How about instant messaging with a friend who can translate for you to them.
Good idea, but I still hope to do that myself.

They ARE having problems with their web stuff!! I tried to order a Christmas gift and my credit card kept getting rejected . . . according to the site. So, I called and it got handled VERY promptly and the order even got here before Christmas!!
I am sorry for the difficulty with English and hope they answer your email!!
 
I don't know what happened, but I have the respond!!! I realy
want to believe what technical problems caused the delay.
