4X bypass surgery today. Doctor is optimistic. I guess we'll know tomorrow what to expect.

Danny, I had five bypasses over eight years ago. My heart attack was so bad , they waited three days to be sure I would survive the first fifteen minutes of surgery 'til the machine was pumping the blood for me while they sewed on the grafts. If your Dad made it thru the surgery, you now have a 90% chance he's going to be fine. Maybe not a strong as he was prior to the heart attack, but good enough to have a new lease on life. Start smiling.
