Bob, I am surely sorry to hear of your crash. For the amt of damage to your body, I figure you musta been on a motocross track, or hill-climbing... instead of a nice, forgiving woods trail... I love the dirt-bikes, and I hope you are able to climb back on in a short amt of time...

Hey Bob,

You have had a rough year with the job transition, "neighbors" shooting at your house, and now this. This is a big deal injury for sure. Don't try to hurry the healing process. That will probably be tough for you since you are a high energy dude.
