I'm in need of some more smoke - a friends brother is having a some troubles, taking drugs and losing money on bets. No advice needed, I dont consider it
my business to give advice or anything - I'm just hoping this kids gets back on the right track. It would be very kind of you if you'd send him some as well.

I was thinking about the human condition earlier today. As a Vajrayana Buddhist, many would believe it is my duty to work and pray/meditate for enlightenment for all sentient beings. At the same time, I believe Buddhism is about understanding the nature of reality...and the nature of "what is", is that conflict and struggle are inevitable, natural, and as such, perhaps not onerous, but merely a given.

Quite a paradox...and I used to think I knew so much. Now I know even more, and so much less.

Surely even if folks who normally could not speak are wishing health.

Even people in China or Prc can surely care recovery is and will happen.

The name's Markus. I went out today to buy some more nag champa, I've run out of it lately. not a good sign, it doesn't seem like a very good month to me. too much sending smoke required if you ask me.

however, just to give you some more insight: this kid's around 19, he's soon finishing with high school. he wants to pursue a career in the army after that, cause that's pretty much the only way to earn some money where he's coming from. the army won't take you though if you've got a criminal record. good exams would be a good thing as well. i'm just hoping he gets back on the right track and gets back to be himself before he will be forced too.

I am sure though the indian people are happy I am buying so much incense, so there's some light after all.

When I was his age I did my fair share of drugs. I was lucky that I never got into trouble or got hurt. I hope he's as lucky as I was. I also hope any hardships he endures are learned from and work to make him a more understanding and compassionate man.
