Smoke request

I just learned this morning that my 94 year old grandmother has been diagnosed with spreading pancreatic cancer and has at best two weeks left.

She's a neat old lady and to be honest, I think she rather welcomes this. She is sharp as a tack, and has been resenting the hell out of her failing body. However, the knowledge that she will be at peace doesn't take much of the sting out of all this.

Smoke would be greatly appreciated for her and our entire family.

As a recent cancer survivor, I rather understand the shock of being diagnosed, even when you are already thinking that it's probably about time to walk west......I will pray for her peace of mind, and sweet breezes to accompany her.

Mine is 95. Haven't gotten that dreaded call yet. Hoping to get my daughter up to see her this summer. Prayers from Atlanta.
