Looks fantastic Thrill! I have been thinking of starting a bbq and blades picture thread, like beer and blades. Kinda seems the wrong time of year (for some folks, i grill all year), and saw a couple have been started that didn't get very far.
Nice looking hunk of meat....Smoke Ring is nice and deep....I found after years of smoking that a Simple Yellow Mustard rub yeah thats right "French's" mustard is all you really need. Let the
smoke from the wood do the rest of the flavoring...(or maybe i'm just lazy) I've tried every friends recipe until I stumbled on the mustard....I saw you photos and started drooling....:thumbup:
