Smoked beef brisket

good looking stuff here. food looks delicious! I have been wanting to try a brisket myself just never got to it. Mainly cause I don't have a real smoker but I make do with a propane grill and hardwood chips lol. and just for pictures sake my bacon bomb :) I do some pretty awesome stuff with pork! not to hijack but picks make stuff better right?





and maybe even some pulled pork pancakes :) with makers mark home made syrup!



 
Oh........my........gosh........is such a concoction even legal in all 50 states????^^^^^ That is secret recipe material there!:thumbup:
