smokerstuff - any problems

Has anybody had any problems with smokerstuff lately ?

I purchased knife on march 31 and received confirm email and credit card was charged. I sent an email on April 2 to clarify spelling on shipping address without response. I sent an email on April 6 without response. I left a voice message 2 days ago without response.

Is there a problem ?

update : canceled charge with credit card company.
 
I finally received the knive i had purchased on march31.
The knife was sent usps in a soft mailer so of course the the knife box was crushed. The usps label is dated april 9. cost of shipping $.87 shipping. smokerstuff shipping and handling charge was $4.

Despite repeated attempts at contact, I never received an answer.

This experience was far from satisfactory and based on this experience would not recommend smokerstuff.
