Smokin' Congress

Very nice! I googled "pipe knife" and "smoking knife" because the idea was kind of new to me and intrigued me very much. Suffice to say this market is definitely lacking...your knife/tool was hands down the best looking and well thought out.

What is the function of the smaller blade? is it just a blade or is there some specific purpose to the roundness?
Over all just beautiful!

And if I may be so bold as to ask for an email as to what the price range on something like this might be? As well as possible other traditional patterns that could follow the same function. thanks :)

EDIT: I just read the answers to the blade/price questions in the knifes sale thread

odd, thanks. When I got the idea to make this I also went googling, an exercise in futility.
The round tipped blade is left unsharpened and is used as scraper to remove the dottle and to clean the pipe's bowl. "Dottle" is the unburned tobacco and compacted ash left in the pipe after smoking.
Your welcome to email me, my contact details are on my website.

Beautiful! Very cool. I am a pipe smoker, and that knife is just a beautiful piece of kit. I would be proud to carry and use that one; it would perfectly complement my straight billiard with the amber acrylic stem by Comoy's of London. ;)
