Alright, so here's the problem.
I phone them up, ask them whether they could do priority post to Canada for the Navigator and Salsa (because I'm not the waiting type), and the rep says yes for two different times. So I thought that my knives will be here within 7 or so business days (I did a priority post from New Graham at mid December and have it got here at Christmas Eve, that was my Christmas present) That was early January.
Now it's past mid January, and I was a bit annoyed that the package have yet to arrive, so I phone them up, ask them for the tracking number. The rep says that they don't have a tracking number because they don't offer USPS Priority service for IPA? (International orders I suppose), and he told me that 5USD will be refund to my account.
To me, it's not the matter whether I get part of the shipping back, but it's about telling me one thing and then telling me the opposite later. They told me that Priority post will be used, and I was charged for that price, and then they tell me there's no Priority post service for an order to Canada, which I think that was full of bull anyways because I got two USPS Priority post packages from 2 different people before, and then he told me he'll refund the money. If I have not pestered those folks, I wonder whether any one of them would come out and say it, that it was not mailed by Priority and will take like 2 more weeks, and they should refund my money.
