Recently I went to Tennessee for vacation where we rented a cabin in the mountains and went white water rafting and a lot of hiking. I also built my first debris hut in a little patch of woods by our cabin. here are some of those pics so enjoy. FIRST time posting pictures so if I messed up SORRY!

Just put those links in the little box that pops up after you click the little yellow pic of a mountain in quick or normal reply.

Nice pics by the way:thumbup:

yes thanks but I think they're a little bit too big. Any tips or criticism on the shelter is greatly appreciated. Thanks for all the help.

Good stuff man. Where in the Smokies did you guys stay? I'm planning on taking a trip up there with the wife for a little camping trip soon.

Town called pigeon forge. I wouldn't stay there again though traffic was crazy and non-stop. Don't be suckered into all the tourist shops it's full of crap. Good food down there though. Had a great time and sure you and your family will too.

Looks fine. Finishing touch would be to lattice some sort of fire reflector in front. Gorgeous looking area to play in too.
