Smooth Flipper?

+1 for the Skyline. If you like assisted-open, the Leek is really nice as well. Both are well under $50 and use the Sandvik steel. A composite-blade Leek (CPM-D2 cutting edge) runs a little over $50.
 
As stated above, Kershaw RAM. The CRKT Ripple is smooth as well but not quite as "buttery smooth" as a RAM.
