Paul what type of meat is that and how was it cooked. Looks very tasty.

I like those trio of knives a lot too.

Very funny Rachel,thanks for that. That knife of Sarah's I believe is the most collectible knife GEC has ever made. Congratulations Sarah,it's beautiful.
 
Thanks just looked it up and thinking about ordering some. Thought it looked like jerky but hated to say that incase it was just severly overcooked meat. 😀

I've admired the smooth ivory bone handle for a long time. Believe it or not I don't have one "yet". I have even thought about getting an inexpensive one to try my hand at some scrimshaw after seeing some of the great looking work on the forums. Thanks for the inspiration.
