I’ve been snagging for paddlefish (aka spoonbill) one time with a guy from work. We both caught our two and his son caught one. I caught one that was 62 lbs, one 71 lbs, he caught a 67 and a 65 and his son caught the smallest of the day at 45 lbs. It was fun, but I wasn’t hooked on the sport like some are. I will say fighting a 70 lb fish on a rod and reel is a rush.
