Yeah, but it's gonna be awesome though. The best in ages... In other words... I'm a victim too :'(
A this point there is more evidence for disappointment than success in this franchise.
Too bad, for 2.5 movies that defined a generation. (Jedi only counts for 0.5 because of the stupid finale)
I never liked Star Wars in the first place.
This. Not too many space type programs/movies I care for. Star trek, Battlestar Galactica, none of them. Give me a good western any day of the week.
Yesss!Like Firefly.![]()

I kind of peripherally notice the advertising, but since I don't watch TV or have cable, FTM, It's pretty easy to not really pay attention. I'll probably go see it, because I have no expectations, really, and most of them have been entertaining, that I remember. '77 was a long time ago.....in a galaxy far, far away...... I actually saw 4, 5 & 6 sometime in the mid eighties all in one evening at RIT, which is a National Technical Institute for the Deaf. There were interpreters on both sides of the screen, the sound was cranked up so the multitude of deaf people could feel it in their seats.....and they talked all through the movie, totally oblivious to how much noise they were making....it was still fun. The laser bolt interpretations were my favorite, with the interpretation for Chewy a close second.
We need to make a permanent Firefly thread. We could photoshop Beckers into favorite scenes for relevant content.
I don't watch TV either, and I'm a HUGE Star Wars fan. I saw all but Ep.IV in the theater...but c'mon...how can you miss the ad on the check mix at the gas station? Like nobody has heard of it...freaking Disney has saturated the entire galaxy with everything star wars so much that I'm sick of it. Honestly a few years ago when I saw angry bird Vader I got pissed and its been downhill from there.
I can't wait til Sunday! I better go ahead and get my tickets now tho...crap! Hope it's not sold out already... I don't have any more days off til Jan.1st...
Like Firefly.
So instead of a Crew, he just has Jayne? But Han Solo is just like Mal except instead of a crew he just has a big hairy alien.![]()
That does sound awesome! I know personally I would HATE to do that!I kind of peripherally notice the advertising, but since I don't watch TV or have cable, FTM, It's pretty easy to not really pay attention. We don't get Fireflies in Australia. We do have mozzies the size of seagulls though...
