Science says the Vernal Equinox ended winter on 21 March, a few days ago. Winter is over, friend. I'm wearing shorts from here on in, regardless of the snowfall we'll likely get around tax day. Seems to happen almost every year, like one last kick in the ass from your old man on your way out the door. Besides, we're bleeding trees (making maple syrup) here in the Granite State, so Spring must have officially sprung. . . . . . . .or so I tell myself.
 
been looking at puukos again. looks like varustekakaka has skramas in stock again :D

but then i start reading about malanika puuko. noice.

Been growing my beard for awhile now as well. Won't be shaving it off though... The wife might get upset.

It has now grown past my chest. Been putting a lose braid in it when I go out, otherwise it flies up in my face when a good breeze catches it.

The wife freaked out when she first saw it, and tried to act like she liked it, but she did not, haha. Mine was past my chest too, then a few weeks ago I cut 3 inches off it. Tried trimming it, and messed it all up. Said hell with it, shaved it. I'm not too good with trimming. It was much easier to just let it go.

At least she gave it a shot.

I actually need to go visit my barber. I stopped doing any trimming of my own because I was bound to mess something up. He keeps it all nice and tidy but allows for the length. Surprisingly, my wife likes the long beard but she also likes my long hair so I guess there is that.

I started to grow my hair out, but it's so thick, it drives me nuts. Too old for that now I reckon, haha. Wife is giving me a haircut tomorrow.
