My arms probably aren't even 17" anymore. My biggest was 18 3/4". Wouldn't take much to get them a bit bigger again though. Easier to get it back, than to gain it initially.I hope you triple x 10 your investment Dubz. Work out again!!!!! Out of Shape!!!!! You mean your arms can get Bigger????

I hope to get a good return too. Hold on to the money for a down payment on something else. Next time it will be one driveway, going to one cabin. Hate the drama that goes on down there.
Kind of a long story, but here goes. A woman owned the whole valley where our cabins are at. She decided to divy it up, and sell lots. The bottom land, on the river, was called the common grounds, where everyone there could enjoy it. Later on, the woman died, and that common grounds was sold to a private owner. Now, everything behind the gate is privately owned, including my cabin. The people that own property on the lane before the gate, have deeds that stipulate their access to the common grounds. But the date has run out, so legally, they have no claim to it. They are used to having access to the river to go fishing, etc, but now they don't. There used to be a lock on the gate when I first bought the cabin, and the owners up top had the key to it as well. Someone cut the chain off, and got rid of it. Now, there's another new owner down there, that put a new chain and combination lock on it. He claims he had some propane tanks stolen. I've had my place for nearly 4 years now, and nobody has messed with anything. Anywhos, I don't have any problem with people that are back there on the same lane accessing the river, as they have for years, as long as they don't mess with anything of mine, which they never have. Every time we go there, 56 times now, it's exactly as we left it. The new owners down there only want the people behind the gate to have access to it, so it's going to cause problems. Plus, a guy up top wanted to buy a piece of land down there, which someone else bought, and he's not happy about it. That's it in a nutshell. Is this the drama with that neighbor through the woods from you?
Sure do. There's 5 lots back there, and I own one of them. The new guy there, bought a cabin that was for sale, and also found out who owned the land behind his, and bought it too. This guy has some money. He told me he also owns 28 acres "over the hill". He wants to put a new gate up, right on my property line, as mine is the first cabin you come across. That way, there would be two gates. I didn't oppose, but told him he needed to talk to the people up top before he did. Like I said, legally, they don't have a claim to it anymore, but morally, I feel they have a right to access it. I looked at it like this. If I owned a piece of property up top, and bought it because I had a right to the river, and it was a selling point, and lived there for years, only to get it taken away, I wouldn't like it. They aren't hurting anything, afaic.Well damn, that's some land dispute right there. You own the land your cabin is on right?
Ever since that guy that bought the land down the lane, put a portable cabin on it, and lived there full time, it ruined everything. Other's left because there was a full timer. Now he left, and the new guy owns it, and he only lives 12 miles away, so you know he's going to be there all the time. Plus, he's going to fix the road up, as he has a tractor, and that means the guys that own the bottoms will build new cabins as well. Sucks butt...The Warrior What you just described is the polar opposite of owning a relaxing get away. People ruin everything!!!! I dont blame you for wanting out.
It's all kind of confusing now. We used pretty much have the place to ourselves, and now we never know what drama we're going to have. Makes it not worth it anymore. I'm around people all the time, and want to go there to get away from people. Sucks when theres people there all the time now.I figured there would be an easement somewhere to access your property, or anyone else access theirs as well.
I hear that. They all know I'm a knife guy, haha. I have a cool mask too.Yeah, it sucks when your little slice of heaven gets raided by people.
Sit on your porch with a hockey mask on, holding a machete....![]()
