Ordered a 23, the Jarosz skeleton and the kraton spoon/knife-thingy. Will have all the skeletons by Kabar then, cool little collection.

I have the older remora in the 440a, by the way. Do you guys see any big advantage with the 'newer' 1095 version? For what I use it, the 440 served me well actually. Just looking for excuses on why I also need the 1095

Of course you need the 1095 remora. It’s twice as sharp, half the weight, and comes with a cool laser sight/tactical light attachment. It’s also uploads it’s location via a GPS chip to the local Illuminati weather control station so you always have blue skies on your outings.









(*the above paragraph may or may not be partially or completely fictional. But are you willing to take that chance?)

It's less glossy/shiny so it's easier to see what you're cutting if there's bright sunlight.

Glad they made it bro. Sorry about the delay.

Still in and out the hospital. Had to get MRI on the operated leg Monday because they were worried I had an infection in it. Leg turned red, bruised looking and white blood count was high...

Haven't gotten results yet. Next week I see Ortho surgeon again and find out what's up. And how much physical therapy I'm going to need... At first they said 2 months... But now it may be longer before I'm back up and walking.

My mother spotted her down the road and called her to her. The neighbor's daughter was riding her horse in their lane. Along came a damn bitch in a full sized pickup at a high rate of speed and while gawking at the horse FLAT RAN RIGHT OVER MY DOG.

I was not 30 yards behind the pickup and the tail lights on the truck never came on until AFTER she ran over my dog.

The bitch claimed she tried to slow down, but I said "BULL,,,,,, your tail lights never came on."

I will never answer an EMS call or fire call to her house. They better hope I'm never the only EMT in district.

That's Fu@&$d up! See I would have been in major trouble if it was a man and they stopped. That's worth an overnighter or 2 to me. So sorry for your lost man.
 
What kayaks do you guys use?

I'm picking up my brand new Vibe Seaghost 110 next week, it comes with a foot controlled rudder... Never had a kayak with a rudder before so I'm excited. Not a bad price at $830 for everything you get. The seaghost won kayak of the year in 2017 and has lots of cool options and features. Track rails, fish finder ready ECT. Can't wait to get it in the water.

Going to do a few simple mods. Anchor trolley, Omega pro rod holders... But nothing too crazy. May eventually add a gps fish finder... But mostly for GPS and depth/temp readings.




Now I gotta get ready to go see that new marvel movie in a couple hours.. Avengers, Troy, Captain planet? hell I don't even know the name of it lol been too many super hero movies lately. But my wife and kids love em so.... Here we go!

And thanks. I'm still bummed and her sister, Sugar (same litter) is moping around, still looking for her. Last night when Sugar went out in the back "little yard" for a "pee break", she started barking into the dark. I could tell from the bark sequences that she was calling for Spice. It was the same type of barking she would do to get Spice to come to the house when Spice was out roaming the big yard and out buildings.

I will 100 % most certainly be getting in that kayak... i will have to get help unloading/loading it for a bit but sitting in it will be no problems. I sat in the one in the shop no problem. It has a high and low position for the seat... The high position was more comfy but either is doable...

It's prime fishing right now and I been missing out!! That's unacceptable.

I won't go alone... And this kayak is really stable. People stand and fish on it. Small chance of flipping it or falling off... One of the reasons I chose it... But if I do fall/flip I should be able to get back in without too much trouble. Im a small guy, only 150# and have no problems doing pull ups when needed LOL
