That pup is destined for history boss.

That is one hot piece. The handles have that deadly Coral snake look to them (I know I know, two colours not three, but hey...this is my post...lol).

And, has distinct SHSHII characteristics....

I dont mean to make you all mad, but I really think these new Busse Knives have the really ugly handles. Busse as always in my opinion made a really cool and beautiful product, but these new fusions have the uglies designed handles, there are wavie and just plain weird.

Sorry if I made any one Mad, Its just my 2 cents - I hope this post will not be deleted.

Why would your post be deleted? That's your opinion and you are entitled to it. Jerry has made knives in the past that I was not crazy about. So what? Others like them and are pleased with them. To be perfectly honest though, for me, a large part of the beauty in Busses is not so much their aesthetic quality but their indestructability, feel, balance, performance, thir ability to appreciate in value, and the sheer pleasure the shop is to deal with.

On the odd chance that Jerry stopped making knives I liked the looks of (unlikely) I'd probably still buy Busses because of the other factors.

What are you buying instead?
 
Jerry, please delete Trekkers post immediatley. He has dissagreed with the Busse Clan and must be eliminated.
 
You can't really appreciate the handles on the SHNO until you pick one up. The "feel" is awesome, and was the reason this was the one I ordered at Blade.

Deleted because you disagree? What do you think this is....some other forum? ;) :D Your opinion is just that....your opinion, and as such you have every right to it. I don't think you'll find one person here who's going to jump on your back for not liking the handles :)

Jerry's just giving us time to sell everything else in the safe/closet/drawer/house to afford at least 2 of each:)

REALLY looking forward to this. I had a NO and it didn't really suit me, had a ZT NO that probably felt better in my hand than any other Busse I've felt, with the possible exception of the Mr. Mofo. but I got rust and scratches on the satin finish and the word "combat" scares the tourists.

So I'm really hoping that this will be THE 6" blade for me, hoping there are some choices in handle color and a sterile blade option.

Since it was brought up... ;)

I love the shape of the new blades, but the little waves at the front and back in the handle material are a bit much. Having said that, that is purely looks, and either doesn't matter, or knowing Busse probably helps the knife in function. Overall, definately an improvement in design and I WANT ONE...:D

Love the handles ;) but don't know why the little "waves" near the blade?

I think this knife will look great in black crinkle.....then again what knife doesn't look good in that coating :)
